Amudhan, originally from India, received his MS in Food Science and Technology at UGA where he investigated novel antimicrobials to increase the safety, value, and quality of food products. After graduation Amudhan joined the industry before returning to complete his PhD in Food Process Engineering at Purdue University. Amudhan is currently employed by a multi-national Fortune 200 company.
