Clint is currently working on PhD in the Stelzleni Laboratory. Clint, originally from Georgia, completed his BS in Animal and Dairy Science and participated on the National Champion Meat Judging Team and completed his MS in Animal and Dairy Science in the Stelzleni Lab. As part of Clint’s graduate assistant responsibilities he serves as the Coach of the Intercollegiate Meat Judging Team. Clint is also active in the American Meat Science Association serving on the Student Board of Directors in 2023 and President of the SBOD in 2024.
