Clint is currently working on MS in the Stelzleni Laboratory with a focus on heat stress mitigation in southern beef finishing systems. Specifically, Clint is characterizing how chronic heat stress impacts animal performance, efficiency, and biological and metabolic responses to chronic heat stress. Clint, originally from Georgia, completed his BS in Animal and Dairy Science and participated on the National Champion Meat Judging Team. As part of Clint’s graduate assistant responsibilities he now serves as the Coach of the Intercollegiate Meat Judging Team. Clint is also active in the American Meat Science Association serving on the Student Board of Directors in 2023 and President of the SBOD in 2024.
