Wil, originally from Virginia, earned his BS at Virginia Tech in Animal Science before coming to the Stelzleni Laboratory to work on his MS. While at UGA, Wil focused on heat stress mitigation in Southeastern US/Subtropical beef finishing systems. Wil undertook a large project that the Stelzleni Laboratory is still focused on. After earning his MS in Animal Science – Meat Science/Beef Production, Wil headed north to focus on his PhD in Agricultural Sciences at the University of New Hampshire.
