Congratulations to Clint Lee for successfully defending his MS Thesis “Effects of chronic heat stress mitigation on finishing beef performance, blood cortisol, microbiome, and carcass measures in the Southeastern United States”. Clint will stay at UGA in the Stelzleni Lab to work on his PhD while coaching the Intercollegiate Meat Judging Team.

In August 2023 Dr. Stelzleni, Cameron Catrett (MS 2024), and Junaid Nawaz traveled to Padova, Italy to attend and present research at the International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST). It was great conference and they even managed to fit in some free time to explore.
